I am sorry to say but even though some cheap eyeshadow work somewhat ok, it does not work miracles. If you are looking for something that will make your eyes pop and do the tricks you want them to, you gotta pay the price! Try MAC eyeshadows, sometimes you can get a palette of four colors for an awesome deal. And get Estee Lauder makeup remover, works very well.
Walmart has a lot of inexpensive makeup. or try Marcs.

walmart, and jane brand is cheap. a really good makeup remover is ponds cold cream, its really good and takes absolutely ANYTHING off, i know that from experience, its really good and lasts a long time and only cost maybe 4 bucks for enough to last you 5-6 months of everyday makeup removal
