Where can I buy eyeshadow base primer?

Like what stores carry it? Does walmart.kmart, sally's or target sell it? and how much does it usally cost?Where can I buy eyeshadow base primer?
L'oreal makes an eyeshadow primer (it says base on it-but it's the exact same thing as primer). You can buy it at Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. I use it and it works just as good as more expensive primers. It costs around $6-7 I think. Not too bad! Here's what it looks like:

You can find eyeshadow primers at Sephora. I use Urban Decay Primer Potion which runs about $20 a vile. You can even make your own primer by mixing regular lotion and liquid foundation together. I've tried this and the color payoff was actually much better than that of my UDPP. Some people swear by homemade primer. Look up 'homemade eye primer' on Youtube.
Sephora or Ulta carry eyeshadow primer
a really great one that i use and swear by is Paint by MAC. i don't know how much it costs because the guy gave me a huge free sample and it's lasted me almost a year now, but i can tell you it will be at least a little pricey. it's definitely worth it though because it lasts for ages and also you don't have ANY crease.
You can use foundation on the lid of your eyes as base for your eye shadow. But also MAC sells one that I personally love and I can even use it by it self and makes my eyes look beautiful. See the link.

L'Oreal sells one called De-crease. Sally Hansen also sells one. You can get the L'Oreal one anywhere and the Sally Hansen one at Ulta, CVS, etc.
I use one from Bare Minerals. It is about $20 and it lasts me several months. You can buy their products at their stores, Sephora or Ulta.
