Brown!!!! or somewhat darker colours... try to stay away from to bright of colours.... you have a warm undertone, meaning you have an orange colour complexion. The two most common are pink and orange. I think brown is sexy and elegant, and since you're skin tone is not to dark, it will emphasize the shape of your eyes. I would first start off with a very light brown base shadow (almost tannish) and then go over your brow line and lid with a dark, chocolate brown.

What color eyes do you have? That matters too. You should buy an eye shadow that goes well with your skin tone as well as bringing out the color of your eyes. But it sounds like you should stick with neutral or warm colors, like beiges, tans, browns (neutral) or colors like deep greens, oranges, ambers (warm).
