For good quality go to a department store and look around for different palettes. Also try MAC or Ulta. Dont attempt to buy the cheap kind from somewhere like walmart. The colors dont show up or stick at all.Can any one please tell me where i can buy a eyeshadow palette with at least 15 colors?
