Whats the best colour eyeshadow for my eyes & how to use liquid eyeliner!!?

i have light brown eyes (turns golden in the sun) i was just wondering what are the best colours and make up looks for me! ? and also if someone can explain to me how to use liquid eyeliner since i always seem to get it wrong :(Whats the best colour eyeshadow for my eyes %26amp; how to use liquid eyeliner!!?
Actually, any color looks great on brown eyes. In general, darker colors will help bring out the color since you said they are light brown. The contrast will really play up the lightness of the eye. Even if you just add a dark colored liner, that will be enough to emphasize your eye color.





There's 2 basic applicators for liquid liner. The easiest is a felt tip applicator, which looks kinda like a marker. Jordana makes one for only $1.99 at walgreens. They work fine, especially for practice. The other type of applicator is a small brush. These are a little harder to work with, but if you practice it's no big deal.





For the felt tip, just start in the center of the lid, staying really close to your lash line and work your way out. Then make another line from the inner corner of your eye and connect it to where you started the other line.





For the brush, just make sure you wipe off any excess product on the inside of the bottle (like you do with nail polish) or you'll end up with a big glob of liner. Then just make little dashes, starting in the center and working your way out... just like above. but make smaller dashes and connect them. It's the same principle as above, but its easier to make smaller dashes for a brush applicator.Whats the best colour eyeshadow for my eyes %26amp; how to use liquid eyeliner!!?
Maybe use a golden smokey eye..


or just use light colours, or a brownish smokey eye! it looks fantastic :]

my eyes are the same as yours and everyone agrees that a dark gray or a black eyeshadow looks good on my eyes and sorry i dont even know what liquid eyeliner is
Any dark color eyeshadows would be great for enhancing your brown eyes. Purple, navy, black, and any good dark color would be good. It's kinda hard to explain how to put on liquid liner, but I'll try:


Close your lid lightly, and hold (dont tug) your lid down by placing your finger at the end of your eye (to make it easier for you to put it on)


Then think of the liner as a pencil or paintbrush. Slowly draw and make small pulling strokes on your lid, as close to the lashline as possible. It was hard for me at first too, but believe me practice makes PERFECT!
For brown eyes, deep plums work really well! But i always say stick to a neutral eye (tans like Tranquil Sands from Maybelline as well as Cover Girls' Hazelnut).





For eyeliner, dont worry! Every girl faces that problem, It takes patience and practice. Wipe of excess and try to smudge it as close as you can into your lashes. Have a stable had! Rest it on a table or something stable.
