I'm with blondie. MAC's primers are heavenly. They have a great range of colors, and they keep your makeup perfect all day. They are no a little pricey, but they last forever and are of really good quality.
I have never found any eye primer at any of the retail stores you listed. I buy mine from my mary kay consultant. One tube last a long time months even. it just takes a tiny bit over each eye lid.
lo'real makes a good primer. but honesty, the urban decay primer potion is worth the money, trust me!!
U can get it at sephor for less than $20, some jcpenney stores have sephora at their makeup counters, works very well
Just check out the aisles in your drug store.
I personally love the one MAC sells.
