Can i turn my eyeshadow into liquid?

With water or somthing i cant go out and buy anyhting xCan i turn my eyeshadow into liquid?
Yes you can, just by using ordinary tap water... or just dip your brush in water and then put it in the powder, and then on the eyes... It works for me!Can i turn my eyeshadow into liquid?
nooooo!! don't do that!! it won't work well afterwards. please don't!!! it will get all mushy and messy and the color will be off and it will be liquidy and you wouldn't be able to apply it. you can ask your friends to buy it for you and then give them the money. or you can ask your mom to bring you. liquid eyeshadow doesn't work well. i suggest somethng from smashbox or a gel eyeshadow that you smear on.
you totall can! i have this special clear eyeliner called eyeko magic liquid eyeliner. its amazing, yoou just dip the brush into any powder eyeshadow and then paint it on. i love it cos im an eyeliner addict, and theres so many more colours of eyeshadow than eyeliner but now i can use them all as eyeliner. i dont know where you can get it though, it was bought for me as a present :)

Vaseline will turn it into a gel or you could use some rose water, which will hold the powder better.Im guessing u want to use it as a liquid eyeliner?!....good luck hun :)
A small amount of water on your brush [or added to the eyeshadow, if you'd like] works well. If you have eye drops handy I've found they work best. Just use one or two drops %26amp;your eyeshadow will be liquid %26amp;won't flake or crease as much.
I think it mostly depends on the type of brush you use. Some brushes will work well with water - others not as well. Vaseline is a good product for creating cream eyeshadow.
yeah you can buy something from benefit which makes it into a liquid and it stays put for longer.
Ya! Just add a little water on top and use a small brush(don't put to much on it will clump and look like mud). Oh and it will also last longer when u put water on it too!

just try using liquid eyeshadow u can get at wal-mart but i would try water with it since 8u cant buy nething
