DO NOT use glitter around your eyes! It can scratch your cornea, and you could go blind.
Use cosmetic glitter. MAC makes one which I love, its okay to use around your eyes. not that cheap glitter that can be found anywhere or in craft stores...
Well in WA we have a shop called Ice which sells cheapie makeup but they have this glitter eyeshadow pack which looks wicked.
But if you're from the easten states I think Ice might be a clothes store...
go to the mac counter they'll help you find something gittery like pigment eye shadow
