Which is better??? Liquid or powder eyeshadow???

It depends. I use both. I usually use powder on a daily bases. It's more natural. But when I'm going out, or if there's a special event, or even if I feel like being more dressed up, I use liquid. I love makeup and I think both are extremely fun!

I would say powder is more versatile. You can blend it really easily on your eyelid. You can apply it any kind of make up brush. Another option you can do with powder is use a liquid transformer on the powder to turn the powder into liquid if you want more color payoff. Liquid eyeshadows stick to the skin better, so you don't have to use an eye primer if the color payoff is good already. So I prefer powder because it can do all these things.Which is better??? I've never even heard of liquid eyeshadow.


But either way it doesn't matter what kind of shadow you use; cream, pressed, liquid, powder, whatever. As long as you have a proper base on your lids then any eyeshadow will work wonderfully. I can wear my base and have on a 6 dollar eyeshadow and it looks as pigmented and lasts as long as a 25 dollar eyeshadow.

this is because, whenever you put liquid eyeshdow on, it always runs. you need to be good at makeup to be able to put it on brilliantly!


wheras powder is easy to apply, and comes off easy!


so, in my opinion, powder is much better than liquid!
I prefer a powder but if you want to have a long wearing shadow apply the liquid and set it with a powder eyeshadow
Liquid is usually more dramatic and powder is more natural


I'd get powder just becuase you can always add water to the brush your using to make it more dramatic
Ive never seen Liquid eye shadow but I would definitely go with powder eye shadow. It seems much more natural and easy to control and less messy.
Powder is easier to use (less messy) you can give it a wet look by wetting your brush then appying the shadow
do you mean the sort of not liquid water but like hard liquid almost solid , like an eye shadow cream?


if thats what you mean then yes liquid is better because it lasts longer than powder.

i would say powder thats what i use. liquid is too hard to control and it wears off faster.
I would say powder because, Its easier to control .. I think.
It depends on what look your going for. but for really defined eyes you should use powder
