Which do I apply first: Liquid Eyeliner, or Eyeshadow?

Okay so do I apply liquid eyeliner or eyeshadow first??Which do I apply first: Liquid Eyeliner, or Eyeshadow?
Definitely, apply the eyeshadow first before you apply the liquid eyeliner. If you do it the other way around, the eyeshadow will cover the liquid line you just created and the shadow will diffuse the intensity of the liquid line.

if you do eyeshadow, and you mess up the eyeliner then it will take WAY more time to go and take EVERYTHING off to fix the eyeliner.
i do eyeshadow because if the shadow goes oner rhe liner it kinda covers it up, also then u have 2 wit 4 it 2 dry all the way or it will smudge =] =]
