Do you have to put liquid eyeliner over eyeshadow??

Well depends on what you mean? what you can do is apply liquid liner first things first but when you do your eyeshadow it will cover the liner..but at the end you can go over it..putting liquid over eyesahdow creates an almondy eye and makes it more dramatic and prettier...if you use a pencil..it may be hard b/c its pencil so it will either drag your shadow or the shadow will block it from giving off color...you can also use L'oreal HiP Cream liner in black 905Do you have to put liquid eyeliner over eyeshadow??

i find that eyeshadow can look a bit much during the day unno i dont think its good for an everyday kinda look its better to just stick to eyeliner n a bit of mascara n save the eyeshadow for night or special eventsDo you have to put liquid eyeliner over eyeshadow??
u dont have to use liquid liner, but if you are using it yes you have to put it over otherwise the eyeshadow covers it.
