Any high pigmented cosmetic line should have it. From affordable HIP cosmetics to expensive MAC cosmetics. I'd suggest trying MAC if you can afford it. I don't use MAC, but if you want bright pigmentation, try it. Best of luck, doll.

yes, i have some! go to walgreens, target, stores!! they have different brands with bright bright colros including yellow... i have some from ';loreal HIP';. good luck!!
covergirl has new colors and they have yellow


mac also has chrome yellow and a few other yellows =)
