Urban Decay makes a huge variety of glittery eye shadows, they are known for their glittery and alternative eye make-up. They have tonnes of colours and different lines, from shimmers to bold, intense glitters. An eye shadow is less then $20 and are pigment packed. It is a fairly well known brand and should be easy to find in the UK they also have a web site (UrbanDecay.com) and is also carried by Sephora (Sephora.com) if you want to check out the lines and colours they offer.
Superdrug...dazle dust. i don't know the price i got it free with mascara. it's realy good i have the neon pink.
i got a brilliant super glittery eyeshadow from superdrug, its the barry m dazzle dust glitter eyeshadow, its briliant, it comes in a load of lovely colours too.

Good luck with that search - even the stuff I bought from the Bodyshop makes my eyes itch like crazy and I'm not a person prone to allergies.
For eyeshadow, Chanel gives you the best result! great color variation and doesn't hurt my eyes, too. Also Shu Uemura is not bad. Sorry i have no idea how much are these selling in UK..

I use dazal dust by Barry M cosmetics, its about a fiver and you can get it in superdrug. I also use Collection 2000 glam eyeliner - its SUPER sparkly and i use it all over the lid, got that from superdrug too and it was about 拢3 xx

Eye shimmer is awesome. Pretty sure you can buy it from like anywhere.
I use Barry M dazzle dust and the glitter is really fine in it so it doesn't hurt your eyelids but it does super sparkle! I bought it from superdrugs
