using liquid eyeliner is quite dramatic so covering it up witha layer of powder kind of takes away the point.Shpuld liquid eyeliner go on top of eyeshadow, or the other way around?
You should always put the liquid eyeliner over your eyeshadow. That way it looks neat and noticable whereas if you put the eyeshadow on top of the liner then you can't see the liner very well and it can look messy.

liquid liner ontop of the eyeshadow sticks out way more...so if you put on the eye shadow after the liner than the liner almost disappears. the first way is riskier and i think sexier.
I always use eye shadow first, it looks more effective and stands out more. But sometimes i dont use eye shadow and just have they eyeliner i think it looks really nice.
liquid liner should go on top of your eyeshadow...if it was the other way around the eyeshadow would fade out the eyeliner.

depends what look your going for... if you want the eyeliner to pop out then the eyeliner goes on last. If you want more of a blended natural look put the eyeliner on first.
I put my eyeshadow on first, then liquid eyeliner.
eyeshadow 1st then eyeliner
on top of the shadow because otherwise it will smear and fade and you almost wont be able to see it
