anybody know of a really good liquid eyeshadow that's cheap and that can be found in local store like....target?? i'm tired of using the powdery stuff cuz it gets everywhere. cheap to me is somewhere around 4-8 bucks. nothing more or i'd call it expensive. thx.Liquid eyeshadow?
Might I suggest a roll-on eye shadow instead of liquid? I find that liquid rubs off too easily over the course of the day and clumps into the crease of your eye lid. A good roll-on eye shadow would be ';Rimmel Metallic Stars'; or ';Maybelline Roller Color';. Roll-on eye shadow won't make a mess the way powder eye shadow does.Liquid eyeshadow?
